It is made from wheat malt, which gives the beer turbidity, pleasant velvety and malty structure. Dedicated yeasts of the upper fermentation give the characteristic fruity, banana-clove aroma. Brewed already in the old Szczecin according to the art of the Bavarian masters, who discovered and popularised this style of beer.

Draught, 5.6% at the brewpub. Mango aroma. Cloudy golden colour. White head. The flavour has bubble gum and mango. Fairly dry but not bad. Clean and assertive bitterness in the finish.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and grain. Sweetish flavour of yeast, malt and banana, with bitter, hoppy touches. Sourish, grainy aftertaste. Drinkable and refreshing but just an ordinary specimen of the style.

Draught at the brew pub. Hazy, golden colour with a small, white head. Fruity aroma with wheat malts, light cloves and yeasts - banana. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium body with a soft carbonation. Short, fruity finish with light clove and banana. Clearly a freshly made beer however, a bit behind the German originals.
