33cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Tarwe, citroenschil, citrus, licht bloemig, hint van kamille en peper, licht kruidig-bittere finish. Lichte body. Prima.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some grassy, mild wheat and coriander to it. Flavour is floral, some coriander, mild herbs, wheat and some passion fruity tones.

--Bottled, from Etre Gourmet. -- Hazy golden, rich lively head. Perfumy nose with tropical blossom, and coriander. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. White bread, citrus and coriander. Mid bitter finish. Harmonious and aromatic witbier.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, brass colour with average, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, slightly zesty, citrusy fruity and minimally wheaty malty aroma, notes of coriander, hints of lemon peel, weak, wheaty malty background with a touch of banana. Taste is slightly dry, peppery spicy, minimally citrusy fruity, widely disguised, wheaty malty basis without residual sweetness, notes of coriander, a touch of lemon peel. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Slightly unbalanced, a tad overspiced, could be more fruity - OK.

Cloudy pale yellow blond beer, no head. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, malty, pretty bitter, hoppy, some coriander, resinous, a bit metallic, medicinal bitterness. Aftertaste: very soapy, lots of coriander, unpleasant, don’t like it very much.
