Mudskipper is our New England IPA. The malt bill and London Ale yeast give this beer a very hazy appearance and a soft texture. Plenty of dry hop is added during fermentation, where bio-transformation creates very expressive fruity flavours.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grassy, citrus, pineapple, soft pale malt, wheat, tropical fruit, some soapy notes. Flavour is light bitter and slightly sweetish. Body is medium. Delicate, a fairly modest Mudskipper edition.

Can sourced from Beerdome and drunk at home (24/06/2022) - very hazy golden yellow with a white head. Like this series, this time with cryo pop and simcoe delivering lots of exotic and citrus fruity notes, supported with a nice medium sweet creamy malty backbone, balanced bitter hoppy close. Lovely.

Cloudy blond beige beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oooh my, lovely stuff, very dank, some tropical fruits, juicy, very nice, marijuana, onions, very intense, really nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, hoppy, a bit resinous, fruity, hoppy, resinous, juicy, lovely! Aftertaste: nice, pretty dank, hoppy, fruity, lots of citrus, tropical fruits, nice, juicy, lovely stuff.

Pours murky straw yellow and a frothy white head with little retention. Aroma's: dankish hops, fruit, both (sweet) tropical and citrus. Retronasal it's dank, herbal hops. Flavour is very light bitter, a bit weak actually. Light bodied. Light bitter finish. Not the best Mudskipper, but still enjoyable.
