An American Golden Sour fermented in old oak barrels with our unique blend of lactic acid bacteria, Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces. The Trilobite then rests with 200 grams per litre of Prunus Armeniaca aka Apricots which lends a pronounced apricot character, and a sweet and fruity touch to the sour beer.

Bottled 375ml (PBF XIV)
Hazy yellow colour, tiny head. Tart fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Very tart, fermented apricot, some earthyness. Kind of watery. Very mouthpuckering.

--Bottled at PBF XIV. -- Clear golden, small head. Concentrated apricot aroma. Shockingly sour with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Puckering acidity and lots of apricot. No nuances. Just slamming your face with acidity. Over the top extreme stuff.

Bottle at Bdin lfestival, Bod. Has a murky orange colour with a very little off-white head. Aroma of apricots, rubber, lemon and vinegar. Flavour of apple cider vinegar, oak, apricots and lemon juice. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a soft bitterness. Fresh, fruity and sour.

Draught, blend #2, 7 % abv, taster at Oslo Craft Beer Festival, yellow session. Hazy warm golden body, film-type layer leaving scattered lacing on the glass. Dry and mid-tart fruity smell. Brett and apricot to the taste buds, controlled acidity. Mid-tart, drying fruity close. Fair enough, some cleanser qualities. (Oslo 06.05.2022).
