Draught at Frankford Hall: pours gold with white head. Aroma is sharp citrusy, acid, some mineral. No smoke that I can tell. Taste is citrusy, fairly tar, light smoke in finish.

Bottle at the November DC Ratebeer share. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light lime, lemon, salty. I get the faintest amount of smoke on the nose, but it might just be there because I'm expecting it. Light grain, wheat, tart. I like it, but it's not all that smoky.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has lemon, salty, wheat. Big lemon flavor, some grist. Salty and some seltzer. Dry, light on the palate.

Pours bright gold into a weisse glass. Bright white micro head with excellent retention slowly recedes leaving trailing sheets. Tart melon and apricot aromas. Crisp with tart strawberry and apricot upfront turning to mild earthy smoke in the dry medium length finish.

7-4-7-4-14 Bottle, #144 v01, @bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is subtle, transient smokey notes and lactic acid with fruity notes of plums, apples and berries, as well as notes of roses and wheaty minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of plums, stone fruits and lemon peel, as well as floral notes, slightly spicy wheaty notes and grassy minerals.
