Bottle. Clear deep gold. No head. Nose has oak. Whisky dregs. Sick. Whiff of sulphur. Heavy tannins. Smelly Dabinett. Taste has a light oxidised apple sweetness but is mostly dry and lightly bitter. Sharp and dry on the palate. Fine carbonation. Tannic woody finish. Took some getting in to, but enjoyed it by the end.

14/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with a very small bubbly white head. Aroma is whiskey, woody, orange, burnt rubber, peat, flowers. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, slightly oily, soft to flat carbonation. Dry, woody, peaty finish. Very nice.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Danlo. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fizzy effervescence that fades. Flavour is composed of nice golden delicious apple notes, oaky barrel notes, light tang, mellow funk, pear, nice juicy apple. Flavour is composed of crisp dry pithy apple, lemon rind, woody oak tannin in the finish. Palate os crisp to drying finish, highish carbonation. Nice nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Daniel Lo, 11/06/22. Clear (almost) light golden with a fast escaping white crown. Nose is light smoke, sharp apples, caramel, tannins, oak. Taste comprises bitter apple, orchard wood, tannins, light funk, apple core, bitter sweet edge ... more bitter than sweet though, subtle whisky nip. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid full flavoured cider for just 6%.
