Pretty tart. Comes around nicely though. Berry, some oak and plums. Ruby red pour with good head and lacing. Doesn't have the balance that some of the best ones have. Snally.

5oz during Zwanze 2022. Appearance: cloudy purple with a rose head. Aroma: amazing berries, a bit of funk and barrel. Taste: less berries here, but they are still noticeable, funk and barrel. Overall: amazing aroma and pretty nice taste, I also would be happy to try it earlier before berries sweetness got fermented out.

Tap @MBCC 2022, Red Session. Clear red, light pink head. Strong red berry aroma, spicy, herbal. Sweetish flavour, red berries, herbal, slightly medicinal.

Re-rate: Poured from the tap. Hazy purple-y red with small white head. Nice berry and plum character. Not a ton of depth, but enjoyable. Aug 06, 2022 (8/4/7/3/15=3.7): poured from bottle @ FHF 2022. Clear-ish dark ruby red with small white head. Bright plum and tayberry, feint gentle funk, nice.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a deep dark red mahogany with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of red berries, oak, wild yeast, and a touch of plums. Flavour is full of red berries, buggy notes, and oak. It has an unusual floral note that is a bit off-kilter. Pleasant but the unfruited version is way better.

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (Denmark). 14/05/2022 [#5.045 Global - #744 United States of America - #8 Garden Path Fermentation] Pours reddish with a white head. Aroma: plums and berries. Taste: Berries, granola, plums and some wood. Fruity and tannic finish. Next one please!

Tap. Hazy ruby color with white head. Aroma is berries, aceto, plums. Taste is a lot of plums, then blackberry character too, great fruit, but not much else. Dry finish, juicy mouthfeel, tannic. Good!
