Tap. Darkest purple color with beige head. Aroma is intense blackberries, very concentrated. Taste is concentrated tannic blackberries, super intense and leathery too. Tannic finish. I love this kind of fruit character, awesome!

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Black purple with pink head. Lots of fruit, dark berries, nice fruity tartness, bit acetic, medium+ sourness. Low carbonation. Medium bodied.

Draught at Arrogant Sour 2019. Very dark ruby body, with a small, dark pink head. Beautiful aroma of jammy, sweet dark berries, some vinegar, some red apples. Taste with much more vinegar and pretty dry. Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a carbonation. Finishes quite acidic, medium dry, with green apple skin, berry skin, moderate vinegar. Tasty. The nose is amazing, with a beautiful, deep, jammy showcase of the black raspberries. Taste is too sour though, not that balanced and becomes pretty puckering as it warms up. Overall very good stuff, but could have been oustanding if the taste resembled the nose. Score: 9 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 16
