The hot wort, exposed overnight to the cold winter air in a large open vessel, meets the indigenous yeasts from our hills. Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels for 24 months.

Teku at Open Baladin is a lovely strawberry red with a ring of pink head. Nose has some cherry and raspberry and strawberry, really lovely, some Kool aid. Flavor has the sour base, lemony, some acetic acid, berry layers nicely and makes the mouth water. Tart, dry with a little salinity. If this is just barrel and no fruit then this is very well crafted.

Rosée/orange, col fin blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet grains, sec, fleuri avec une certain acidité qui se ressent pas mal.
Palais est de suite marqué par une sécheresse dominante, raisins pressés, tanniques, poussiéreux, grinçant aux dents, raisins pressés, finement fleuri.
Un peu décevante pour le prix surtout sur une base qui reste empreinte d'un malté sec et poussiéreux très dominant.

0,4l from tap at The Drunken Duck, Vicenza. Reddish clear color, small white head. Smells funky, earthy, peppery, grapes, tannins, nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, funky, bit peppery, some grapes, tannins, bit salty, bit citric, lightly sweet, bit lactic. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, spices and peppery notes.
