Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some xylitol, tart and sour slightly acidic fruity elements with some mild sweet fruity tones. Flavour is acidic fruits, with some tart and sour tones as well as some sweet wood, mild peach, some plum and mild herbal tones. Very smooth sour beer, but enough to make it kick ass.

ABV: 7.4%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is wheat, funk, herbs, lemon, vanilla, dough - baking yeast, grapes, pear, peach, sour peach, light aceton touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and ligh acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, grapes - pear, wood - vanilla, lemon - peach, baking yeast, dry, peach, herbs, light aceton touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20230318]

0,15l from bottle at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells funky, earthy, lactic, nutty. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes stone fruits, wood, berry notes, bit lactic, flowery, parfumy, some nuts. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of stone fruits, parfume and flowery notes. Very nice one

Lovely funk, floral complexity. Really in the lambic family, a lot coming from the aging. Acetic, clean finish.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, very thin hite head. Aroma: Funky, floral and herbal. Taste: Moderate tart, light sweet and very light bitter, farmyard wild yeast funk, floral and herbal notes, of which wormwood and mint stand out the most. Some citrus fruit and wood notes too. Light hints of strawberry. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice.

Bottle @home. Dorata carica/ambrata scarica, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note di erbe, fiori bianchi, acetico, vinosa. In bocca è acida media, con acetico presente, un po' meno rifinita delle versioni precedenti. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona, ma mi aspettavo di più. Un anno davvero storto questo 2020...
