På Humle & Bier 2022. Mørk rosenrød. Filmskum. Ripsaroma. Smaken ripsbusk & andre buskvekster. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Peachy to pinkish colour. Aroma and flavour of tayberries, the rosehips are very subdued. Medium sour, some lemon, tart, astringent finish. Must be good with a dish of fried or grilled salmon.

Anført av en velopplagt seremonimester ble Mi2 4.april -22 en solid kveld med hele 14 fatøl (pluss et fra boks og et fra flaske), og hadde det ikke vært for mine analoge notater hadde jeg fort kommet ut av tellingen. Men dette er altså nr. 10: lett gyllenrød med ok skum. Bringebær, rips, sure kirsebær, citron og et par bjørenbær. Sursyrlilg, frisk og lettdrikkelig, et utmerket aperitif-øl og en fin ganerenser.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - red and mostly opaque with an off-white head. Nose - tayberry or raspberry. Funky and tart. Taste - raspberry and tart again. Palate - tart and funky. Long, tart finish. Overall - very nice.
