75cl bottle from the brewery shop. F: big, white, good retention. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: sour fruity, peach, grapes, woody, apples. T: medium malty base, grapes, green peach, apples, sour fruity, bit puckering, woody, cellar touch, soft carbonation, bit puckering, strange rates all around, ok for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Pours hazed, yellow with a milky hue. No real head. Scent is weak, funk, dry earthy grapes. Taste is tart, very herbal, twigs. Mild on actual fruityness. Some wood, outspoken, but not my thing. Bit buttery finish.

Couleur pâle, peau de pêche avec un trouble marqué - comme si la lie était remontée à la surface après ouverture. Col blanc, fin tenace sur rebords du verre.
Arôme plutôt léger funk au nez, augurant d'un lambic moyen, finement sur poussiéreux, grains concassés, léger fruité en retrait, raisin, tannique
Palais est assez sec et acidulé, râpeux, fruité moyen avec un retrait sur le grains - lambic moyen mais manquant de punch - le tout est super sec avec une aigreur latente du raisin - skin-contact sourness.
