Bottle. Big raspberry aroma, puckering sourness, tart red fruits, cherry. Puckering acidic sourness, vinegar. Very nice, sour fruits. Medium body. Good stuff.

[2/17/23] Bottle at Dynamo in Brussels. Pretty clear red. Jammy raspberry, funk, sour, acidic, acetic. Really good.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, amber-ish red colour with small to average, frothy, short-lived, off-white head. Initially almost a bit agressive, tangy and slightly lactic, minimally fruity aroma, notes of mustard, vinegar, mustard seed, hints of dill, tarragon, sauerkraut, a touch of raspberry pulp, weak oaky overtones. Taste is sour, tangy and slightly fruity, notes of vinegar, lactic hints of sauerkraut, some raspberry, a touch of black currant, subtle fruity sweetness. Slightly oily, watery texture, astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Too sour and astringent, not overly fruity - disappointing.

Couleur acajou, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais - fleuri avec une belle marque de framboises avec un bouquet finement fleuri - petite touche citrique en retrait. Moins complexe que d'autres versions usant de raisins.
Palais est légèrement bretty, qcq pointes d 'aigreur de baies - framboise finement acidulée délicat et le tout est très frais. Retrouve un peu ce côté pâtissier, râpeux en bouche, pointe citrique - le fini vire sur un léger acétique assez dur en fin de bouche.
