Bottle @ home. Clear golden body without any head, sparkling carbonation. Nice, clean, concentrate apple aroma. Taste is refreshing, lively with a fine balance between sweetness and acidity. Balanced body as well with a sweet, still tart finish.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, hay, flowers, unripe apples, grass, apple cores, hints of dried apples. Taste is dry sour-ish grassy, apple peel, sorrel, hay, sour unripe apples, minerals, grass, apple cores, bark, flowers. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, no carbonation. Fair enough.

Bottle, 75cl. Thx to Bryne. A clear, lightly sparkling pale straw colored cider. The aroma is quite intensely apple driven, little else hitting the nose. Some grass and apple cores and a touch of bark and alcohol. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and very softly carbonated, with a pleasant acidity level. Quite straight forward apple flavor too, some cores, grass, hay and alcohol in the back. Long finish. A pleasant and tasteful cider indeed. Not the most complex one I've had, but pleasant anyway. 211231

Endelig er det sesongstart for Mi2 på Cardinal, hvor vi får utskjenket kvalitetsøl (og en cider) sammen med gode venner i trygge omgivelser: klar lys gylden med et par bobler. Intens og smaksrik, lett søtlig. Hurra for de regionale produsentene!

330 ml clear bottle (I also got a 750 ml bottle), from the cidery. ABV is 8%. Still cider, hardly any carbonation. Extremely pale and clear straw colour. Nice apple aroma, mostly of sweet eating apples, but also nutty hints of russet apples. Medium sweet apple flavour, hints of white bread and sulphites. The mouthfeel would profit from some carbonation.
