(Cask at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20251226) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was tiny and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grass and honey. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had honey and bitterness. A good hoppy brew with strong malt flavours.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden, mid sized head. Distinct tangerine aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfee. Tangerine and mild pine. Resinous bitter finish. Would not have guessed this to be English, with it'a shallow, modern malr character.

Cask at the Duke of St Albans, Highgate on 7th September 2025. Crystal clear amber with shallow foam and full lacing. Some fruitiness in a malty aroma. Harmoniously fruity and malty in-mouth with a fruity finish. There are additional notes of butterscotch and fresh dairy cream. Velvet smooth mouthfeel and a full body. A very pleasant ale.

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Golden with a creamy head. Has quite a high bitterness factor, although shades of pale ale styling are apparent.

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Pours a beautiful mid- to dark gold and clear with a full off-white head. Takes ages to settle. Nice. Low aroma, a little bit of woody spice and light citrus. Surprisingly sweet taste, lots of bubblegum. Not what I was expecting. Loads of yeasty bread going toward the finish with light sourness at the end. Light carbonation on a thin to medium body. Impressive.
