Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small quickly vanishing white head. Aroma is lactic acid, citrus, some smoky tones with mild green apple skins. Flavour is aiidic and very sour with some smoke and mild citrusy tones. Very strange, but the sharp acidic sourness often found in Eik & Tid ruins it all.

330 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Hazy yellow colour, small and shortlived white head. Aroma of lactic acid and lemons, a hint of smoke. Extremely sour flavour, nearly undrinkable, lactic acid and lemons galore, also some misplaced notes of smoke. Won't buy again.

8-3-7-3-15 Bottle, # 200820, 4,5 years before bbd. Pours hazy pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with notes of smoke, horseblanket and bready brett, as well as fruity notes of rhubarb, fruit pits and wooden minerals. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with tart fruity notes of rhubarb and musty currants, as well as fruit pits, yeasty minerals and notes of wood.

Clear golden,no head. Aroma of smoked bacon and vomit. Taste is citric acid. Horrible, smoked aroma is nice, otherwise this raises only one question: Why?

Bottle shared with Johan and Bernt at Bernt’s place 08.05.22. Clear pale straw colour. Aroma of bacon, barnyard, manure and rotten hay, with a gentle touch of fresh vomit. Sour and similar taste. Sourness is lingering on.

Bottle. An unclear yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is quite acidic, with lemon, smoke, vinegar notes, generic fruityness, wood and funk. It's tart, medium bodied and softly carbonated, with a woody touch. Lemony sourness, vinegar, generic fruityness, pickled cucumber hints, a pleasant smoke note and then even more lemon and vinegar. Lasting finish with a pleasant subtle smoke touch. A refreshing one, nice with the smoke touch. 220504

Hazy yellow body under a fast disappearing white head. Aroma is lemon, acid, smoke and hint of wood. Taste is sour lemon with a light hint of smoke and wood. Too acidic and weak in flavor for balance, almost pure lemon squeeze. I got the feeling of drinking lemon juice flavored with sausage water. At least quite interesting and with some adjustments a smoked sour might work fine.
