(Draught at Byggeriet Ångkvarn, Uppsala, 10 Aug 2024) Hazy golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, malty nose with bread, clove, hay and herbs. Fruity, wheaty taste with notes of bread, hay, citrus, clove and banana. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and well made hefeweizen. Nice one.

--Keg at Ångkvarn, Uppsala. -- Hazy pale golden, small head. Generous aroma of banana and bun dough. Mid dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Banana and cloves, white bread. Low bitterness.

Tap at the brewpub. Golden body, clearest on the table, but not quite kristall. Banana, fruity esters, white head, creamy maltiness. Banana taste, creamy, ending a bit herbal, citric. Trace herbal notes by the finish. Excellent hefe!
