Bottle 0.75l from our archive, two years aged. Cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- sourish, sour cherry, roasted, chocolate, earthy, liquor, pralines. FLAVOR- creamy and velvety, almost nitro sensation, slightly sweet, slightly sour, lightly bitter, sour cherry, roasted, pralines. Fuller bodied. Dark sour ale. Et tu, Matuška? Just two years in bottle and we have Baltic Dark Sour Ale there... Pity.

Tap at Beergeek. Very dark brown-red body, off-white head. Lean raisiny-nutty aroma. Lean, soft, nutty, lightly chocolatey taste, vague taisins and dog food / roast in the finish. Nice sweetish fruity aftertaste. Almost excellent, however, that dry dog food note I cannot get over...
