Cold IPA is the next craft beer brewed for JLV as a joint batch of the Chroust and Sibeeria breweries. Thanks to the malt and fermentation temperature typical for lager and hopping for higher bitterness and aroma, typical for IPA, this great hybrid of both styles was created.

Draught at BEERTIME.pub. Clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- meadow herbs, floral. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, herbal, meadow. Medium bodied. Average one.

Bottle from the Pivo & Burger. Slightly hazy golden body, off-white head, fairly thick. Interesting aroma, bit stale jammy fruitiness, some herbal notes, slightly fuller maltiness, light light onion. Hm. Lean taste, the wild herbal notes show up first, distinct dank afterwards, vague citric, some stale tropical notes. However, very, very drinkable like Gurthnar said, so it balances out partly. Just doesn't have a great hop profile to my tastes.

Bottle at a train Bratislava-Brno. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, low background sweetness, only soft crystal candyish maltiness. Classic citrusy, slightly grassy and resiny, hints of exotic hops character. Very easy drinking, tasty. Worthy travel companion.

Bottle from PeBox, many thanks. Golden color with white head. Aroma of malt, herbal hops. Taste, light malty body complemented by nice herbal hops. Good.

Das neue Craftbier der tschechischen Speisewagengesellschaft. Ein kaltgehopftes IPA in Kooperation der Chroust und der Sibeeria-Brauereien, beide aus Prag. Es hat mir nicht nur wegen der heimeligen Speisewagenatmosphäre wirklich ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Es ist intensiv hopfig-bitter, aber beisst nicht. Fruchtige Aromen hat es keine, aber der schlanke fein-spritzige Körper ist einfach nur großartig.
