500ml Tap at bufet. Unclear golden with a fluffy head. Basement notes, stone fruit, lemon zest, grapefruit zest, iron, some vanilla, resin. Intense hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, hoppy zesty very bitter finish. What a great hoppy crisp bitter Czech Pilsner!

Tap at Bufet. Murky orange-golden body with a laaaaaasting white head. Flowery, malty, full aroma. Full body, herbal and lightly flowery, a tad yeasty but cleanly so perhaps. Classic CZ lager, very well made, only a bit fuller and more carbonated.

Draught at Bufet. Fresh baking yeast aroma. Hazy golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is like the aroma when it comes to the fresh baking yeast. Also slightly citric to balance and with a mild floral hoppiness. Great. 838319
