Tap at vo'Gunders, B. Eisenstein. Orange-golden body, mistu, lasting thick off-white head. Orange, vanilla, wheat, caramel, light cloves in the aroma. Bit citric, caramelly, yeasty, fresh taste, not much in terms of esters or phenols to be fair. Very refreshing, not heavy at all, but slightly unclean, bit on the less thrilling yeasty side.

Sieht gut aus - orange Farbe, gute Trübung, cremiger Schaum. Gekochte und frische Früchte in der Nase. Geschmacklich kommt das auch, allerdings nicht uneingeschränkt. Sekt- und Hefenoten sind nahezu gleichberechtigt. Angenehm bitterer Unterton. Recht spritzig, ein klein wenig zu scharf. Insgesamt aber eine sehr solide Vorstellung.

On tap at the brewpub/restaurant Saturday 24th December 2022. Pours hazy orange with a large white head, nice carbonation, banana bread nose, good wheatiness and bite, light spice. A little better than the underwhelming Weihnachtsbock.

Brewery tap. Golden color. Cloudy. Citric herbal flavor. Hints of gooseberries and yeast. Somewhat indifferent aroma. Good thirst quencher.

50cl swing top bottle frome the brewery shop. A murky orange golden beer with a mid-sized to small beige head. Aroma of spices, some vegetables, reddish wheat malt. Taste of spices, caramel, vegetables, yeasty wheat malt. Strange!

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a medium-sized non-persistent tanned frothy head. Sweet wheaty and slightly cara-malty aroma with present fruit-character with notes of banana, citrus and a clove-spicy touch. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty and wheaty aroma with distinctively fruity notes of citrus, pears and a tinge of banana; sweet malt-accented, slightly wheaty finish with a mildly spicy touch. Pleasant and rounded Weizen. 01.XII.10

Bügelverschlußflasche:Deep golden, hazy, relatively quickly diminishing mid-sized white head; moderate sweet-fruity nose with wheaty traces and a distinctive clovey touch; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; shorter sweet-fruity and zesty (a bit belgian-like...) finish. Good Weizen....
