Sacred Fire Golden Ale is our gateway to craft beer. The combination of delicate German pilsner malt with Crystal malt gives it a beautiful hue and a long, smooth finish with just a hint of caramel. Australian Galaxy hops are added to deliver a delicate hint of passion fruit. Our Golden Ale is a light, crisp and refreshing Ale with a playful, Asian twist. A beer that is low enough in alcohol to be enjoyed throughout those hot sunny days and well into the evening.

On tap at Heart of Darkness, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt, some cereal malt. Flavour is clean, with cereal malt, biscuity notes and light hops. Clean and easy to drink, but nothing special.

Tap at the Ho Chi Minh brewpub. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a long lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry crisp, earthy malt, woody metallic hop bitter, light citrus, light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft - Light citrus. Clear copper gold with a decent white head. Light citrus and pale malts. Closer to a pale ale, but quite nice.
