Gravity cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Gluten Free. Hazy orange amber gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of juicy fruit, hops. Taste is malt, caramel, fruity, mango, juicy, grapefruit citrus, pine, with tany hop bitterness. Medium bodied, medium soft carbonation, dry tangy hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Can. A light haze on this gold, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin but airy malts, some creamy sweetness but an unfortunate amount of raw grain. Some esters in the mid. Some mild but skewed UK hop orchard fruits. Azacca? A little citrus peel but none of the bright orange lemon I want from this stellar hop. Light finish. Airy floral and slightly bitter hop finish. A bit of a grower, really was not enamored with this to start with and it's only grown to acceptable. Bolder hopping please and smoother cleaner malts.
