Barrel aged wild amber ale with fermented acorns. This robust ale gets its fullness from a heavy malt bill and caramalized malts. The long aging on oak give notes of fruit and vanilla, which is supported by the fermented acorns.

Bottle. Color: Murky orangish brown, dense off-white to beige head. Aroma: Floral, moderate tart, funky hints. Taste: light ro moderate sweet, moderate to over moderate tart, balsamico vinegar notes, fruity notes of berries and citrus, caramel malt, wood. Earthy, funky, spicy and floral hints. Medium body, below average carbonation. Don't recognize the acorns, but I have to say I've never had fermented acorns before... Nice and refreshing overall.
