14/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet baked apple, body, whiskey, bready, caramel, biscuit, solvent, raisins. Medium sweetness, touch of tart. Medium body, oily, average to soft carbonation. Complex grower. Enjoyed this.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Amber gold colour, some white bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of ripe apple, whisky, oak barrel, vanilla, boozy. Taste is sweet, syrupy, apple, tart, with solventy funk, wood barrel, vanilla, some drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
