330ml bottle. Pours a misty gold with pink hue, pinkish white head. Aroma of light red berries, not necessarily rhubarb. Taste brings very faint berry fruit, blackcurrant ribena, very light brett in the fuzzy carbonation. Very mild sourness. Pleasant fruity beer but as with all rhubarb beers, not a massive amount shining through.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Pours dark rose. Aroma is raspberry, rhubarb, funk, stables. Body is light, tart, a tad sour, still fruit (but less than the aroma), refreshing. But also Brett. Dry with a palate dominated by carbonation. Very nice.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2016) Hazy reddish amber with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of rhubarb, stable, earthy yeast and raspberries. Fruity, tart taste with rhubarb, red fruit, vanilla, barnyard, citrus and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty, taking me back to mum’s rhubarb crumble pie. Nice one.

Many thanks to Nisse666 for this bottle. Smooth mild beginning. The brettanomyces yeast is dry tart-sour there, but has hints of mild smooth, even lactic sour parts. The raspberries are fresh and fruity, the rhubarb is there in hints. In total this beer is highly drinkable and great fruity smooth, but not as tart and sour as expected!

Bottle sample at a tasting Tom L’s place. Thanks zvsn & rayaron. Nice pinkish orange color. Lovely aroma, funky, with brett, sweaty, fruity, with some raspberries, a bit of manure. Rather dry flavor, with a faint sweetish note, bretty, funky, with some berries and a light tart touch. Rather light-bodied. Very good and refreshing.
