Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal, aug-16: rødlig gylden med kort skum. "Duft" av overmodne bær, rabarbra og noe langt bak på hesten. Mystiske og ufriske greier, kveldens eneste kleine øl. Tynn for sine 6% og tørr. "En blanding av rabarbra og hest" oppsummerer Arne denne poetisk.

From bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 29.08.16. Slightly hazy orange. Aroma and taste of acidic berries, tobacco, wood and burnt circuit boards. Medium bitterness.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av hallon, röda bär, rabarber med toner av vete, och gräs. Lätt kropp och sötma, fin syrlighet, frisk, bra balans, fin beska. Gott!

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with little off-white head. Aroma of sulfur, rhubarb, horse stable. Tastes slightly sour with some bitterness. Thin bodied, dry mouth feel. Not my favorite.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Hazy pink to red colour, small off-white head. Aroma of rhubarb and sour raspberries, a hint of vanilla. The flavour is not as sour as expected, more fresh and fruity, with notes of rhubarb and raspberries. Fairly distinct bittering hops in the finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours pink. Aroma of rhubarb and pepper. Sweet and tart, very fruity. Smooth berlier weisse like.

(330ml bottle from Systembolaget web order) Somwhere between salmon pink and orange coloured slightly hazy liquid with a sparse rapidly dissipating white head. Aroma is lead by rhubarb with some raspberry, berry seeds, lemons, crackers, wet barnyard funk, crabapple. Flavour is definitely quite different, just a little tart and quite dry overall. Rhubarb, raspberry, beets?!, lime soda, light lacto yoghurt, grain, dry almost woody sort of funk. Light to medium bodied, fairly high carbonation. I see where it’s going but it’s a little bit odd and does not knit together, especially compared to Brekeriet’s Hallon. I admit to preferring strawberry and rhubarb as a pairing personally,
