A naturally sparkling dry cider made from over 300 varieties of apple grown, pressed and bottled at Prospect Orchard. This Petillant Naturel cider was pressed in 2020, wild fermented and bottled before the end of fermentation, leaving the residual sugar to finish fermenting in the bottle resulting in a light carbonation.

75cl bottle from Spar, Llanfyllin. Pours a misty gold, enthusiastic bubbles rising to the top. Mild natural apple orchard aroma. Fine spritz, crisp with very much a wild woody feel, quite dry with little sweetness coming through. Decent natural cider but more fruitiness would've been welcome.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, tangy, fruity, some orchardy funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
