Bottle at Kyrkan. Black with beige head. Loads of green pepper, harsh coffee. Some roast, soy, some brown sugar. Probably a bit too old.

Draught. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, some roasted notes with mild old coffee and some slight alcohol sweetness too. Flavour is coffee, some vanilla, mild alcohol and some liquorice tones.

(Draught at BrewDog Camden, London, 24 Nov 2022) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with milky coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, chocolate, cacao, vanilla and a sweetiah finish with a balanced coffee bitterness. Full body, sweet. On the sweet side, but really rich and tasty. Very nice.

Bottle from cgarvieuk dregs run. Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Nose - dark chocolate and coffee bean. Taste - coffee, light spice, brown sugar and dark chocolate. Palate - medium to full bodied. Dry, roasty finish. Overall - pretty good.
