Cloudy yellow with a small head. Banana, banana zest, clove, lemon zest, hints of woodruff, slightly hoppy and herbal notes. Dry mild zesty bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty fruity bittersweet finish. A fresh crisp Weißbier, definitely one of my kind!

Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma and taste: Wheat bread, banana, other esters, distant clove & grassy hop. Medium dry. Light ending bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: Decent.

Tap at Bierstube Zur Steinernen Kugel in the city of Konstanz. Golden with a head. Perhaps a little ordinary at first sip, but really comes to the fore in its aftertaste with plenty of banana flavour.
