Eine ganz besondere und schmackhafte Bierspezialität, eingebraut für die kalte Jahreszeit.

Nach schwerer Arbeit an frostigen Tagen traf man sich am wärmenden Holzofen, pflegte die Volksmusik und sprach über die Neuigkeiten in der Commune. Zur deftigen Brotzeit trank man das selbst gebraute, genussvolle Zoiglbier, den „Winterzoigl".

Vollmundig und aromatisch im Geschmack.

50 cl bottle. Apple and caramel aroma.Cloudy caramel color. Caramel aroma with some spices and a bit of cardboard.Enjoyable

0.5l bottle, thx Ryan for sharing with us! Clear dark amber body, off-white head. Perfumey caramelly aroma. Lean, dry caramelly malty taste. Very ordinary.

50cl Fles van Bierothek.nl, 5.9%. Amber kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, wat caramel, droog, noten, broodkorst, flink bitter. Lichte body. Goed.

Flaska från Bierothek. Matig med bröd, jäst, lätt syrlig vört, lite mineraler, höig beska. Lik en Keller. Fin smakbild. Mycket gott

Very light hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of caramel, a bit metallic. Sweet, bready with light bitter notes. Reminds me a lot of a speciale belge.
