Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma is sour and tart but also juice and crispy nice dry with some flavour of parfume and yeast but still nice and refreshing.

From tap at Borefts 2022. Puckering and acidic with an aroma of citrus, lemon. Medium sour. Refreshing, puckering sourness. Body is medium. Good.

Bottle, 4.5%. Nicely citric and funky aroma, woody, perfumy, acetic, hint of paint thinner, but the good kind. Cloudy dark golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is quite acidic, it actually bites quite a bit. Fruity acid, lemony, acetic, very flavourful. Great.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of sour yeast, with mild touches of malt. Intensely dry flavour with dusty and estery notes, and touches of malt, hops, and barrell. Rough amd dry aftertaste. A nice one.

33cl bottle (BB: 06/2027) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: orange gold, milky hazy. A: light sour fruity, peach, floral, gooseberries, stale urine, woody, passion fruits, green kiwi. T: medium body, sour fruity, green banana, gooseberries, peach, kiwi, woody, puckering, soft carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 06/2027, lot# L21.1196.
Dorée sur un léger voile, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet funk marqué par le Morpheus, fruité léger avec une touche de groseille, barrique.
Palais est assez marqué sur l'effet 'sour' presque vinaigre, groseille verte, léger oxydation, le tout est poussiéreux et très sec. L'apport des différentes barriques est assez faible, le Bourbon et le PX (oxydé) ressortent plus. A température tempérée cela se développe un peu plus, mais le tout reste fort centré sur un côté acidulé/citrique assez aggressif.

Pours unclear hazed blonde to amber. No real head. Scent is tart, sharp, bit glue. Taste is sharp, astrigent, tartness, mature basebeer. Crisp acidity. Builds up to the end.

Bottle. Hazy golden. Typical Alvinne yeast, mineral, popcorn, vanilla, plums, light lactic, wheat. Solid medium sour. Low carbonation.
