Amigo je naším dalším pokusem přemostit styly vaření IPA z východního a západního pobřeží USA. Tohle pivo je čiré, měděné barvy, slušně hořké a suché, ale zároveň má jemnější texturu a výrazné aroma vzhledem k použitému způsobu chmelení, který jsme se naučili při vaření NEIPA. Slušná nálož chmele z celého světa vytváří aroma, kterému dominují pomeranče s tóny broskví a cukrové vaty, které ostře kontrastují s asertivní hořkostí.
Amigo is another bridge we built between the East and the West of American IPA. This one is perfectly clear and coppery in color, considerably bitter and dry, yet smooth and intensely aromatic due to the use of the hopping techniques we learned while brewing NEIPAs. A massive load of hops from all over the world created an aroma dominated by oranges with undertones of peach and cotton candy that is in sharp contrast with its assertive bitterness.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fermented, a bit funky and sour, citrusy, tropical fruit. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly sour, moderately bitter, tropical fruit, citrusy, peach, berries, biscuits, floral. Medium bodied. Good.

On tap at BeerGeek Bar, pours a sort of hazy golden with a large white foamy head. Aroma is both malty and hoppy, with lots of bready caramel malt, followed by resinous hops, some pine, and gentle fruitiness. Flavour is fruity and bright, with lots of resinous hops, some pine, juicy stone fruits, and bready malt. Bright, juicy, well-hopped and well-balanced. Excellent.

Tap at 100 piv. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-light sweetness and caramel. Med-high bitterness, general fruity, resiny, grassy hops chracter. Oxidized to some extent. Drinkable, good, but not great.

Tap at Myslíš?. Pretty clear golden body, off-white head. Fantastic tropical aroma - papaya and light caramel. Soft, malty taste, tropical lightly, vaguely herbal. Falls a bit in the taste, but a good beer!

Tap. Deep golden color with white head. Moderate citrus hoppy aroma, zest, pines, light malt. Taste s hop centered with citrus, zest, pines. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Very good.

Tap @ Piv 100, Bratislava. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.
