Bottle at BBNo during RBESG. It pours cloudy orange with a thick yellow-white head. The nose is earthy, dough, orange sponge cake, tropical fruits, candied peel and light spice. The taste is bitter, orange, orange muffin, dough, mild pepper, hay and a touch of grass with a pretty dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice orangey action. Tasty.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours lightly hazy, vibrant gold with a thick, creamy off-white head. The aroma has lots of juicy citrus fruits, some orange meringue, tangerine, hints of doughy bread. The flavor is light-medium sweet and very well balanced, with light bitter citrus peel, plenty more citrusy meringue, hints of creme caramel, light grapefruit, straw, orange. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Finishes nicely balanced with further doughy pale malt character, bread, tangerine, faint grapefruit pith, touches of pine, white sugar, hay. Lovely stuff. Very drinkable.
