330 ml bottle, 2021 vintage, batch #042, from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. ABV is 4.7%. Deep brown colour, huge off-white to beige head. Aroma of burnt breadcrumbs, hints of caramel and brittle. Fizzy mouthfeel, overcarbonated. Dull flavour of burnt breadcrumbs, quite dry. One-dimensional, won't buy again.

7-3-6-3-12 Bottle, #019, one month after bottling. Pours hazy brown, with a small rocky off white head. Aroma is roasted malts with bread, chocolate and toffee, as well as leather and notes of coffee. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter malty notes of rye bread, grains, leather and cocoa, as some coffee, spices and earthy minerals. Dry finish.
