7/10/2023. Bottle shared at Ulfborg. From Marek. Curacao rating #10. Pours clear amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, old hops, pine, resin, stewed fruits, soapy edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Slightly oily, average carbonation. Not bad.

[ As Otrobanda IPA Curacao Beer ].
ABV: 6.0%. Clear light to medium amber colour with a average, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, sweet malt, pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, sweet malt, piney hops touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231007]

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear dark golden, bubbly white head. Mild malty aroma, weak piney hops. Floral bitter hops, caramely malt. Quite sweet finish.

33cl bottle pours a clear, dark orange. Nose is malty, flabby, some garbage, candy. Real winner. Flavor has honey and then just underattenuated sweet stuff. Malt I suppose. Flavvor finish. I actually wrote moonshine I think.

Bottle at Kokomo Beach, Curaçao. Since every beer you order comes in the bottle I have no clue about the appearance. Flavor and aroma are quite one sided imo: malt, malt bitters, a bit dusty and quite some oxidation. Drinkable but unfortunately not very good.

Bottle pour at the April DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a clear orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was cereal, sweet grains. Light malt, some dusty notes, cardboard. My first Curaçao beer! Thanks Shig.
