𝗧𝗥𝗣𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔 is our new experimental hop bomb! Not for the faint of heart, this 10% NEIPA showcases a new hop variety called 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮.
It showcases big stone fruit & sweet melon notes & is supported by Talus, Cryo Simcoe & Cryo Pop to give it some additional complexity. This offers extra flavours of ripe pineapple, pine, woodiness & grapefruit zest.

Can shared with the brew crew. Murky golden pour with a white head. Lots of citruses, some stone fruits, lightly dank, sweet candy. Vague notes of oxidization show up, but nothing too bad. Heavy, fairly on the sweeter side. Decent.

11 July 2022. At BBP Bailli. Shared with the lovely Anke!
Hazy ochre, stable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of ripe peach, mango, plum, banana, moist pepper, diesel, gin. Taste has sweet peach, plum & banana in a thick biscuity & doughy malt body; spicy & dank notes on the side. Floral hoppy finish offering spicy & bitter diesel & onion, ripe stonefruit and warming gin-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Very expressive, love it!
