Lattina. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce indizi di miele, pane, cracker ed erbaceo.

(Draught at Fourpure Brewery Tap, Bermondsey, London, 26 Nov 2022) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass, hay and dough. Malty taste with notes of bread, hay, grass, cereal and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced lager. Quite nice.

Smaksprøve fra fat på Little Creatures Regent's Canal, sammen med Steven, Izzy og Callum: klar lys gylden med god citrusfriskhet, lett og elegant. Men jeg gikk for litt kraftigere saker denne kvelden.

One-third, draught, beer flight outside at Little Creatures Regent's Canal. Filmy layer, bright warm golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of dusty hops and pale malts. Malt-fruity flavours, cereal malts and lemon. Mid-sweet malt-fruity finish. Decent helles. (London, Kings Cross 03.07.2022).

From tap at the taproom in Bermondsey on a wonderfully warm Friday 08.07.22. Clear golden. Diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of pale malt, grassy hops and hints of succade and lime. Slightly fruity. Good drinkability.

Keg at the brewery. A pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is nice clean cereal grains, hint of honey, Nobel hop. Flavour is composed of really clean crisp cereal grains, honey, light grassy hop. Really crisp and sessionable. Palate is semi sweet, crisp and refreshing, drying finish.

Keg at Fourpure. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, white sugar, cornbread, white bread, sugared donut, perfumed and light paper. The taste is crisp, dry, quite sweet, white bread, cracker, straw, grass, corn and some white sugar with a dry finish. Light - medium body and average carbonation. Fair lagerbier.
