Draught at BrewDog Sheffield. Murky dark brown, no head. A little less translucent than the others in the series. Lots of rum in the aroma, eclipsing everything else although I'm getting some hard citrus peel. Sour taste, a touch of mojito and more rum. Tongue-coating tartness on the finish. Thin body. Another impressive beer from the series.

Draft at BrewDog Sheffield. Deep brown to black colour with no head. Aroma and taste remind me of one of those cocktail, all rum and lime. Sour to finish. Rich body.

30/8/2022. Can from Beer Central, Sheffield. Can blew well before its bb date but fortunately didn't break the seal. Poured slightly murky very dark brown with minimal head. Aroma of lime, passionfruit, dark rum, orange, light roasting, chocolate, ashy woody edge. Moderate sweetness, big dose of lemon and lime tartness. Medium body, very low carbonation. Gently boozy but didn't give any real suggestion that it was 13.7%. Drying tart fruit finish. Long lingering passionfruit and lime. Enjoyed it, but it was quite an enigma.

High pressure can, but not as bad as the others. Dark murky brown, soda carbonation. Smells sour, malty, strong, some vinegar. Nice thickness, light carbonation, slight pucker. Tastes weirdly malty sour, lots of rum. Pretty boozy, this one. Not my fav.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Muddy cola brown. No head. Not a looker, especially. Nose has sweet rum. Bright citrus notes. Some light roast malt. Passion fruit purée. Bit of liquorice. Plenty happening here. Taste is semi sweet with a nice twang of dark chocolate and boozy bitterness. Some citrusy tartness. Smooth and easy drinking, especially considering the hefty ABV. Fine carbonation. Tart and fruity bittersweet finish. Works really well.
