Bottle 750ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Gadds Black Turkey ].Light unclear dark black brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, wood, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, vanilla, wood, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20180920] 7-3-7-3-15

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Opaque black color, average to medium sized beige to light brown head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, dry and earthy, lightly liquorice, nice malt bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Quite ok. 7-3-8-3-15.

Bottle shared at pre-Borefts tasting. Thanks for sharing all! Black with big dark beige head. Light dried red berries, vanilla, oak, dark chocolate, red wine, roast, soft earthy. Medium sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium bodied. Didn't notice it was on oyster stout, blech.

Sampled @ Pre Borefts Tasting 2018. A very dark brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark riped fruits, liqourice, moderate roasted malt. Taste of dark roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, liqourice, some wood. Nice!

Sweet roasted chocolate malts, something nutty, rye. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bottle. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is wood, chocolate, prunes. Taste is chocolate, prunes, quite fresh, quite some burnt wood. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation.
