Bottled. Somewhat hazy amber colour with a mediumsized creamy off-white head. Aroma is grains, some slight ripe fruits, mild wood and some toasted notes. Flavour is deep malts, some spices, mild herbs, grass and some slight fruitiness and toast.

Debringer Bier - Dunkles, Flasche per Post vom Landbierparadies. - Dunkles Kastanienrotbraun, schwach trüb; üppiger lockerer Schaum. – In der Nase tiefes dunkles Malz mit satten Röstaromen, dunkle Brotkruste, erdige Hopfenherbe und die leichte Altersnote eines gut ablagerten Bieres. - Antrunk voll und tief dunkelmalzig mit frischer Brotkruste; Mokka und nicht zu kräftiger, fein karamelliger Süße, abgeschmeckt mit dezent zitrusfruchtiger und solide hopfenwürzig-erdiger Herbe und einer Prise Anis. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang rund malzbitter und gut hopfenherb. - Kerniges, malztiefes Dunkles, abgerundet und enorm süffig. (5.3.2021.)

500ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges. Malt, dark bread and raisins in the aroma. Malty taste with rye bread, raisins and some slight hints of burnt toast.

Bottle. dark brown color. Malt, chocolate and caramel in the aroma. Malt, caramel and roast in the flavor. Roastbitter finish. Grassy notes. Well balanced. Don’t serve it too cold. 10 degrees Celsius will do fine.

On tap at the brewery. Dark brown colour lasting beige head. Bready malty some spice some malty fruit some hop on finish ok Dunkel no off flavours just not exciting.

Tap at the brewery. Orange-brown with a tall, airy head and slight, slow bubbles. Nose of toffee, coffee, brown sugar. A bit faint. Toasty, slightly roasty flavor; somewhat stout-like. Dry toast, caramel, coffee, oranges, peaches. Prickly finish with a bit of cinnamon. Dry and drinkable though not hugely interesting.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkronne. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig, schokoladig, minimal würzig.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear dark brown colour, creamy beige head. Cramale, roasetd malts with a pleasant sweetness and a touch of hops. Delicious and very moreish.

500ml bottle. Clear, ruby red glowing brown colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly grainy aroma, hints of treacle. Taste is moderately sweet dark malty, hints of treacle; light body, light body, smooth palate, soft carbonation.
