Our Imperial Stout was brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Oxford Artisan Distillery. It has been barrel-aged for 4 months in their rye whisky barrels which gives it an amazing depth of flavour and distinct character.

Bottle courtesy of Geraint and Helen cheers you guys! shared with the Munich tasting group, Tuesday 2nd August 2022 at Jonas's house Garching. Pours dark brown/black with an off white head. Chocolate, some tangy dark fruit, smooth with some warmth from the barrel. Very good.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with off-white head. Aroma is rye, barrel, booze, sweetish and fruity. Taste is sweetish, chocolate, rye whisky again, barrel character. Boozy finish, oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Intense barrel character, but works!
