A nagysikerű (ugye kérdés, hogy miben mérjük a sikert, nekünk pl tetszett) ZEST CONTEST után a belga sorozatunk második saisonja meglepően száraz, már-már pezsgős kortyérzettel, citrusos-észteres illatokkal és roppant könnyű ihatósággal érkezik a mai naptól. A nepáli vad szecsuáni, illetve a vörös szecsuáni bors blendje végig markánsan jelen van az illatban-kortyban-ízben, de annak ellenére, hogy a kompozíció főszereplője, nem tolakszik.

Can. Milky yellow, white head. White pepper aroma. Medium light mellow body. Citric, peppery, coriander seeds, fairly perfumed finish. Interesting.

Can from Bierkiste. Yellow amber hazy, soapy exotic aromatic smell, as I have a Szechuan pepper tree I know this smell, wow it's amazing & very present! The flavor is super true to the fresh Szechuan berry flavor. I don't really notice any tongue numbing effect, but the flavor is there. Nice body and mid bitterness to balance the crazy exotic flavor. I love it, extra points for originality that also tastes great!

Canned at Falkon's fest. Murky yellow body, white head. Peppery, citric, flowery dry aroma. Flowery, earthy, lean, a bit tart taste, peppery, elder, sweetish before an abrupt, lightly earthy finish. Good enough!

Keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of pepper and creamy malt, some yeasty notes. Taste has a clean spiciness with a faint zip of preserved lemon, lightly perfume-like. Aloe Vera, oddly. Lightly spiced finish.
