A nagysikerű (ugye kérdés, hogy miben mérjük a sikert, nekünk pl tetszett) ZEST CONTEST után a belga sorozatunk második saisonja meglepően száraz, már-már pezsgős kortyérzettel, citrusos-észteres illatokkal és roppant könnyű ihatósággal érkezik a mai naptól. A nepáli vad szecsuáni, illetve a vörös szecsuáni bors blendje végig markánsan jelen van az illatban-kortyban-ízben, de annak ellenére, hogy a kompozíció főszereplője, nem tolakszik.

Can at home, courtesy of the MS crew. Mar illataban kiugrik a szecsuani bors kisse citrusos, kisse fuszeres karaktere a sor fenolossagaval karoltve es izgalmas elegyet alkotva. Izre minimalis edesseggel nyit, de ennek helyet szinte azonnal atveszi a bors, ami citrusos, kisse gyumolcsos es kellemesen fuszeres jegyeket mutat, a sor kisse fenolos, valamennyire eszteres is, szep kerek es balanszos. A korty szaraz, igazan frissito osszkepet alkot az izjegyekkel. Nagyon egyben van.

Közepes, gyorsan elolvadó hab, világos borostyán szín. Borsos, gabonás, enyhén citrusos illat. Borsos, gabonás, citrusos ízek. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, alig keserű. Jól iható, frissítő, finom sör.

0.5 l can shared with Fates11 at Gramofonoteka, Maribor. Hazy golden, medium lasting white head. Ginger! Spices, pepper, corriander. Flat! Pink peppercorn flavour. Malts underneath. Dry finish.

Hazy yellow. Aroma is indeed pepper and lime with wheat and coriander. Taste is light sweet toast and spices with spicy pepper finish. Nice pepper touch. Nice.

Can with Munich Ratebeer Tasting group and consumed at Jonas's 2nd August 2022. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Soft moutheel, really peppery, perhaps a little OTT, some floral perfume, this is ok but I like the yeast to shine more.

Can. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is really nicely peppery, almost christmasy. Taste is dough, peppery, a bit soapy, not really funky. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Alright.

Can. Lovely artwork. Spicy pepper with ananas. There is a strong mineral edge with soap. Once the sting is gone, there is surprisingly much sticky.
