750ml bottle kindly shared by Richard. Bright pale golden body, fast diminishing bubbly head, poor lacing. Fresh apples on the nose with citric hops. Fine blended taste of apples, apple skins, and fruity hops with a tropical bite. Mid-dry apple-citric finish. Well bodied. Pretty nice, also as a partner to our Indian food. (Tromsdalen, 07.10.2023).

Klar lys med tynt skum. Lukter syrlige epler og pære. Ganske syrlig i smak. Frisk og tørr avslutning.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, batch #01, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, moderate carbonation, small and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of apples and hops. Slightly dry and crisp flavour with a nice fruity acidity of apples, the apple flavours are nicely balanced with the hops. A hint of sulphites. Pleasant to drink.

GYG 070919. Pale golden color with some small bubbles. Aroma is apple, yeast, hop. Flavor is apple, yeast, hop, grass. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a sparkling pale straw colored body with some bubbles on top. There's a faint yeast hint on the nose, with lots of apples. Apple jam, mashed apples, grass and a touch of mango. Or at least some generic tropical fruityness. It's lightly yeasty in the flavor too, with mashed apples, some grass and some tropical fruit notes. Long apple finish with a touch of piney, citrusy hops. Medium to full body, quite a lot of carbonation, mostly on the dry side. Interesting, but a bit unbalanced. 190907

Maritim rating med EO, OG og KH ombord på Fridtjofen (Havnedagene i Haugesund) aug-19: Klar lys gylden nesten uten skum. Epler, epleskall, kanel, vanilje, pære og litt lær. Elegant, lettdrikkelig og med bøttevis av mersmak, selv så sent på kvelden (dette var nr. 23 og den siste på det offisielle programmet).

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, elderflower, apple peel, sorrel, sour apples, grass, hops, citrus, fruit stones. Taste is slightly dry and fresh sour-ish fruity, sorrel, elderflower, apple peel, citrus, apple cores, grass, sour apples, yeast. Dry and fresh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
