Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, dense thin white head. Aroma: Tart and a little sweetness, peach, subtle funk. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart, vinegar notes, fruity sour peach, subtle funk and oak wood. Long lasting dry-ish finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Typical La Calavera. I like it.

A: vinegar, cheese, overripe peach, apricot, hay.

Lovely funk and refreshingly fruity.

9/II/23 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2023-136)
Clear golden orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: nail polish, dissolvent, chemical, slightly fruity, sweet impression, some apricots. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, rather unpleasant, some vinegar for sure, a bit lemony, too sour, stripping my enamel. A bit fruity, some apricot maybe. Aftertaste: very sour, acid burning in the back of the throat, bitter as well, some tannins maybe, very sour finish, vinegar burn in the finish, not a fan of this.

Peach must be the second best beery fruit, and the best for sour. Lots of juicy peach, nicely tart base, some light funkyness, and plenty oak. Super refreshing, very delicious, summery. Another excellent and typical Calavera beer.
