Our modern interpretations of classic and historical beer styles, the Restoration series takes the traditional and brings it back with a contemporary twist.
This version is loosely based on Anchor Steam®, a favourite of many of the team here and a key part of many of our beer journeys. Our homage holds a lovely caramel sweetness, with Chinook hops to give a light grassy aroma and hints of earthy pine. Well-balanced, easy drinking and refreshing, best served with a side of nostalgia.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines Sheffield. Light haze on a medium gold. Very decent sticky white foam. Nose has sweet spicy malt. Fairly grassy. Hints of pine needle. Taste is light sweet with a healthy dose of grassy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with fine carbonation. Plenty of body. Grassy bitterness to finish. Nice one.
