500 ml bottle online from Beer without Borders, Dumfries. 2023 vintage at 6.0%. Pours clear orange gold with dissipating opaque bubbles. Aroma: apple, peach, funk. Taste: bittersweet apple, tangy, tart, low to mid tannin, firmly dry finish. Medium body with low carbonation.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Slightly hazy orange gold colour, fizzy short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of fleshy fruity, apple, peach, some funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, oaky, with peachy hints, mineral notes and some drying light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
