0.33 l bottle from 'DeBiersalon.nl', best before November 2025. Hazy, ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, sourish, rather fruity aroma of blackcurrant, elderberry, vanilla and light vinegar. Slightly sweet, quite sour, rather fruity taste of lemon, vinegar, blackcurrant, elderberry, rhubarb and some vanilla, followed by a medium long, very tart finish. Medium body, fairly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice flavours but unfortunately way too acidic.

Pours dark, unclear redpink. Pinkwhite head. Scent is full, earthy red fruits, tad acidic back, it seems. Taste is sharp, mild, and quite simple, tartness. Lactic acid only? Cassis berries up front, but fairly balanced. Bit boring, if anything. Some twig like aspect ( fruit tannins) , fruity finish.
