Piper Wit on vehnäolut belgityyliin. Witbeerit ovat suodattamattomia pintahiivaoluita, jotka on maustettu mm. korianterilla ja pomeranssilla, tässä tapauksessa myös appelsiinilla. Piper Wit on kesäisen raikas ja helposti juotava vaalea vehnäolut, jonka tuoksussa korostuu selvä sitrushedelmän aromi. Belgian vanha emämaa Ranska näytteli suurta osaa Suomenlinnassa - Viapori rakennettiin ranskalaisella kullalla ja saaren seurapiireissä noudatettiin tapoja joihin Tukholman hovipiireissäkin oltiin totuttu: puhuttiin Ranskaa ja noudatettiin ranskalaisia käytöstapoja. 50cl can from K-Citymarket (Helsinki Ruoholahti). Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Mild wheaty and fruity notes with hints of greenish bananas, cloves and yeast. Moderate to medium sweet with fairly low flavour intensity and a low bitterness. Fair enough, but certainly on the boring side.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- low and insipid, yeasty, sour dough, a bit floral. FLAVOR- neutral, a bit sour, slightly bitter, wheat, coriander, citrus peel. Medium bodied. Average one.

Bottle on the island. Cloudy yellow with a short head. Aroma of citrus wheat. Flavour is soft fruit wheat, light grains, sticky citrus finish.

On draft at the brewery. Hazy gold amber, head really lasts, perfect light coriander orange nose. The flavor is smooth, crisp, orange herbal with a background of mellow malt / caramel biscuit. Medium to light body. This would be the perfect summer afternoon beer, too bad it's raining today ;-) reading other reviews, maybe I got a new batch...

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Golden blonde, hazy. Lemon and coreander in the aroma. Citric, slightly perfumed flavor with coreander. Hint of tartness.

Draught at the source: pours hazy gold with white head. Aroma is slightly fruity, lightly spiced. Taste is very light, slightly sweet, hint of spice. Not very good.
